Hi
I no longer wish to delete my account so how can I cancel this request? It says it will delete my account after 7 days of request.
Thanks

Hello! It's a pleasure to provide assistance with this situation, welcome to the Community Forums @Anisah and thanks for bringing this post to my attention @Odyssey13, your willingness to help is always appreciated.
I'd like to share with you that in order to cancel the deactivation process of your Fitbit account, you just need to login to your account as normal, using your Fitbit credentials. In other words, use the email address associated with the account under discussion and the same password you used before initiating the deactivation procedure. After successfully login, the deactivation process will be cancelled.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.
