How to change calorie allowance to sedentary using app

I don’t like the way the “personalized” calorie count works.  I read that it can be changed to “sedentary”, which I want to do.  However the directions to “go to the food tile” doesn’t exist on my watch or in my app. I’m on an iPad and iPhone.  I looked in settings, there is no “food” category no any way to adjust how calories are measured that I can find.
Fitbit Inspire 2.  Anyone have a simple solution?

Hi @BarbaraJane3349.  The "sedentary" option was part of the web dashboard food plan.  It no longer exists.  Here is a link to Fitbit's Help article: How do I track my food with the Fitbit app?   I expanded the Food Plan section for you.  It has the current instructions to set up a food plan.

I'm sorry if this isn't the answer you were looking for.

There are many, many out of date posts that should be archived.

Thanks very much for the updated info! I was feeling really inept that I
couldn’t locate the (now obsolete) area! You’re right, they need to update
and make sure posts are currently relevant.
