I just received my Inspire, and I've attempted to install a clockface after updating (twice). I am unable to install any clockface. Now, there is just an error message on the screen "Clock Error: Go to the Fitbit app and try another clock." I've restarted the Inspire. Nothing has changed.

Let me help you changing the clock face on your Inspire and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Start by logging out from the Fitbit app, restart your phone and log back in. After this retry changing the clock face on your device.

I restarted the Inspire, restarted the app, turned the Bluetooth off and on, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. All completed several times. I still have the error message.
