My Inspire hr is showing the wrong time after charging. How do I set the time?

It will get time from phone when it syncs. That is the only way to set time.

As @JohnnyRow said once your tracker syncs the time should be updated but I wanted to add that you can select a different timezone if you need that too. You can check the instructions in this help article to do so.
