You can find the option to turn off heart-rate tracking in the Settings app > Heart Rate. This model doesn't have the option "Auto" on the settings. Please note that the green LED on the back of Inspire HR continues to flash even if you turn off heart-rate tracking. For more details about Fitbit Inspire HR check the manual here.
