how do you add, or delete apps in the fitbit inspire? Thank you

@Andie10 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with setting up apps on your device. The apps are available for Fitbit watches. The Inspire doesn't have the advance features the watches have. You can read more about installing apps here.
