How to connect my doughterw's iphone 13 to my old Inspire watch?

Hey,

My question is very simple. When i'm tring to connect my old Inspire to her fitbit app i don't see him among the devices that the app offers. I can see him in my app on my iphone 13. How can i change that?

How old is your daughter?  Is she using a normal account or a family account?

If she is under 13. She'll need to use a family account. She will only be able to use any of the Ace serie trackers.

Thanks for your response. I figured that much, created a new user for her that is above 13 and that fixed the issue.
