Let me help you with deleting your information from your old Inspire HR so your husband can use it. You have two options, one is just let your husband set up the tracker on his account as this will remove any previous information and start from zero on the new account. The second is to clear the data by going to the Settings on the Inspire HR and select Clear User Data.
