How to disconnect alta and install inspire

I don't know where/how  to start!

First of all give your Alta one last sync (if you can) else you'll lose the unsynced data.

In the app on your phone go into the account section by selecting your profile picture at the top left and then select "set up a device". Choose the Inspire and it will step you through the process of adding it to your account. All your data, settings, badges etc will be retained.

Then you can select the Alta from your list of devices in the same section of the app and you will have an option to remove it from your account.
