@Pamina   Swipe down on your screen to access your apps.  You should see Notifications, then Exercise, then Relax.  Keep swiping until you see the Settings (Gear) and tap on that.  Look for the Clear User Data and tap on that.  When prompted, press the screen for 3 seconds, then release.  When it vibrates, your tracker is reset.

It isn't a HUGE issue if you can't clear your data.  The Inspire 2 is an entry level model with no bells or whistles.  It doesn't support contactless payments.  It only stores detailed data for a week and basic data for 30 days.

Hi @Pamina  the article for deleting your information is here - click to read. Is that what you tried?

Thanks for replying! Yes, I've tried that, but the only things that appears on the device is either the time, or  "Quick Settings" and under that things like Water Lock, DND (whatever that is), On Wrist, Sleep, and Screen Wake. And no matter how long or hard I press, nothing happens...Would hate to throw this in the trash. Like new, but guess most people are using their Apple Watches or more up-to-date FitBit devices...Any other suggestions more than welcome. Thanks!
