Have lost a FitBit Inspire HR and don’t know how to find it, it isn’t syncing but it isn’t flat

Unfortunately, if it's not syncing then it's not nearby and your options are limited. Here's Fitbit's suggestions: Help article: What should I do if I lose my Fitbit device?

 

The bluetooth locator app may help if you can retrace your steps.
