I got my Inspire HR in July 2021. I've worn it most every day since then. Last week, it literally fell off my wrist - the plastic around the little hook on the bracelet part, just broke completely off. I have tape on it to hold it together so that I can wear it, but this is absurd to have this happen in such a short time. I wore Fitbit Ones for YEARS with no damage at all. How do I get a replacement?

I thought I saw two years. So ONE year and that is all you get out of a hundred dollar device? **ahem**. I won't be replacing it then.

@Chess unless you purchased an extended warranty, it's one year in the USA. You can always get with customer support to see if there are any options available to you.

@Odyssey13 , Nice to see you around. Thank you for the info shared.
@Chess A warm welcome to the Community Thank you for your message.
As recommended by Odyssey13 , the best place to verify your warranty status is with Support.
Even if the warranty should be over, give it a try, to see what they can do for you.
Here you'll find our contact options.
See you around.

Well the response from support was abysmal. They offered me a 35% discount coupon, but since the Inspire HR has been discontinued, I CAN'T EVEN USE THE DANG COUPON. And the new version (which obviously they made to replace the defective design of the Inspire 2/HR) is not eligible for the coupon. Thanks a LOT FITBIT! 😡
