How to pair Inspire HR to new Android phone?

Hello.

My Inspire HR worked fine with my Pixel (original) phone. I bought a Pixel 3 today, and the app and settings transferred over just fine, but the device will not sync to the phone. I've tried resetting the Inspire, turning blue tooth off and on on the phone, and rebooting the phone. Just can't find the device.

Can someone point me to the correct procedure/solution for this frustrating problem?

Many thanks.

Thank you, yes. I still have the old one, and it was still turned on, which I didn't realize. Turning that off probably helped, and also there were FIVE (count 'em, FIVE) Android updates to the phone. Who knew that they would apply sequentially instead of jumping straight to the most recent one?

Eventually I got the Fitbit and the Pixel 3 to pair. Now I'm working through the lack-of-notification options. Some make it, some don't, and the Fitbit choices are the same as with the old phone.

I appreciate your help!

Hi @catester  It should work with the Pixel 3. Do you still have the old Pixel? If so, make sure it is removed from that phones bluetooth paired devices list.

Have a look at THIS Hlep Article on syncing problems.
