How to remove Female Health from display on the Inspire?

I don't use the Female Health Tracking section of the FitBit app, I deleted the tile from my Android app, but  to my surprise my Inspire HR shows it anyway, and it keeps showing a drop with a text 'day 2' underneath, every day, whatever the day of the week (and of the cycle) it actually is. I'd like to remove this screen from the watch, because this is pointless, it shows some imaginary data out of I don't know where. Is it possible? 20190330_231316.jpg

I would like the ability to remove this and the other tiles that display on the watch as well.  It's annoying to have to continuously scroll through a bunch of tiles to get to the one I want to view.  Most of the tiles are useless to me, and I don't need to see them on the watch itself.

This option was available for the Alta, you could select which displayed on the watch and which didn't.  Please make this option available for the Inspire as well.

I totally agree. Why is it not customisable to select which stats you want on the Inspire? Not every woman menstruates!
