I took my inspire off for a week. On recharging and ready to go, all my settings were wrong. I want to reset my device completely. How do I do this. Any help, as easy as possible to understand, would be very much appreciated.

I moved your post to the Inspire HR board, in an effort to keep the forums organized. Note that erasing your Fitbit will remove apps, stored data, personal information, credit and debit cards, and saved settings. If you're ready to reset it, follow these steps:
