how do I set my time on my Fitbit Inspire HR since i just now restarted it.

Your Inspire HR will get the time from your phone once it syncs with it. Still if you wish you can manually select the timezone on your device but you will need to sync it.

Just figured my fit bit out problem solved I had to sync it again to get the correct time. Thanks for helping me out

I am staying about the same on weight I lost maybe 40 pounds since two years of working out at the gym, Right now taking diet pills to stabilize and maintain my weight don't want to gain any after I worked so hard to lose those 40 pounds took me awhile to lose it don't want any setbacks to discourage me. Even If I have setbacks I will dust myself off and continue doing me and what works for me not a quitter in any means. Its always been a struggle for me to lose any weight to start with on meds that have in the past caused weight gain so I have to work harder than those who don't take medicine. To lose and maintain my weight its hard but will keep pressing on
