For some reason I seem to have switched on these notifications which tell me to out music on to get in the active zone, some give me the same fact that minutes spent in cardio mean I get double the active minutes. I get about two of these a day, but I'd like to know how to stop them. I've just switched the reminders to move on so I don't want both of these types of notifications coming through, and all of the wellness reminders are switched off so it's not anything to with that.
If anyone could tell me what these notifications are and how I switch them off that would be great !

The same thing keeps happening to me and I cannot figure it out! I have the notifications shut off and still receive them daily around the same time.

Yes it’s the same times every day! I’ve really looked at all of the settings and I can’t figure it out.

Yes, same for me! So annoying. I have gone through all the settings and can not figure this out. Someone recommended unlinking spotify. I did that and it seemed to stop for a day but then they started again. Please fitbit, add the option to turn these notifications off! I don't need to be reminded to put on my music or get into the active zone

Another person here desperate to stop these notifications! They started a few days ago, after Fitbit support told me to do a factory reset to fix another problem. Now I have these annoying notifications that pop up 2-3 times a day and I can't seem to turn them off anywhere.

Me too! Support seems to think I’m dumb and keeps telling me it’s reminders to move or to turn off my notifications... I’m getting the same notification on my Versa 2.
For troubleshooting purposes: I get this at least 5 times a day, and it’s not helping battery life. I went through and turned off all of the notifications. It seems like a health & wellness notification but those are all off. I tried putting my device in do not disturb but that defeats many of the purposes of the smart watch and apparently just turns off phone notifications. I’ve tried factory resetting and it does not work. I’ve reset it the fitbit. I’ve reset my phone. I’ve removed it from my fitbit profile and added it back on. I logged in and out of the app. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded it. I have called support and they didn’t know what to do. I keep getting told it’s “reminders to move” but that is completely different. I’ve tried turning that off as well as pretty much anything you can turn off in the app and it still comes up. I have no music apps connected. I know it seems small, but some days I get a dozen of these and it’s distracting and useless. It’s getting to the point where I’m not wearing it and I’m considering switching to an apple watch. No one seems to know what to do. I’ve been having this issue for over a month.

Also affecting me with a Versa 3. I'm getting multiples of these every day although all Fitbit notifications are switched off in the settings - even when driving which is an unnecessary distraction.
Please Fitbit support resolve this issue!

I want them to end too! I have dedicated workout times. I don’t need my FitBit to remind me!

Another person chiming in. My charge 4 also tells me these and are a nuisance. I want to only be notified of stuff I care about not the same "put your records on" notification making me think there's something important to look at.

I have a Fitbit charge 3 and I figured it out finally!
1. In the app, tap on your profile picture in the top left hand corner.
2. Then it takes you to the next screen... tap your Device name. This should take you to a screen and near the bottom it says "General".
3. Under "General" tap on "Health and Wellness Reminders".
4. It should take you to a screen where at the top it says "Activity" and underneath says "Get Your Heart Pumping". Toggle that off.
Should fix it up for ya!

My only options were mindful moments, wash hands, and hydration. I had to go out and back into the setting several times before the activity reminder showed up. Not sure why it's not always there. Maybe this will help others too.

Omg finally! This helped me a lot. I backed out and went back in a couple times and it just popped up. Thank GAWD! Those notifications were getting so annoying.

I had the same issue with the notifications. when i first went to the health and wellness screen, the option was not there for me either. I made sure all my notifications were allowed in my phone settings. I toggled a bunch of fitbit settings on and off. I went in and out of the app several times. I think the time i went to some screen, there was a "connecting to your sense via bluetooth" and i said "connect". the next time I went to the Health and Wellness screen the "get your heart pumping" option was there.
It shouldn't be this hard.
I have been with fitbit forever. After they took the ability to store my own music on their highest price tracker, I am done.

I have a charge 4 and this didn't work for me. How did you get the activity reminder thing to show up under Health and Wellness reminders?

I can't explain it. I went to the Health and Wellness tab a bunch of times and nothing. Then finally I went and there it was. So my advice is: just keep trying maybe over multiple days. It'll show up.... eventually.
