Pretty sure the answer to this is: you're screwed, but thought I'd ask.
I'm not able to synch my fitbit devices to my phone (it's too old, the blue tooth isn't compatible, the apps have never worked). I've always used fitbit connect + a dongle on my laptop. I've just found out - via twitter - that Fitbit have decided to shutter the Connect programme, and no longer support it as of last month.
So... I can't synch on my laptop, I can't synch on my phone... am I missing something obvious? I'm totally gutted that I've basically got a useless tracker now 😞 I've been a loyal fitbit user for over a decade and I'm genuinely angry that they did this without warning and without an alternative.

Not sure I want to have to buy a tablet just to synch! This is so frustrating.

@Odyssey13 Thank you for your help and link .
@Vanessa_H A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your messages and feedback.
In order for a mobile device (tablet, phone, etc) to sync with a Fitbit device, it'll need to have an internet connection and at least the following operating system versions:
If you have access to device with these requirements (eg. borrow from someone) you could sync your Fitbit with it.
See you around.

Hi, as I keep saying, I don't have a mobile or tablet that can synch the fitbit. "borrowing from a friend" every time I need to do it isn't a work around.
Basically, I can't use these devices any more - and given I've only had one out of the box for 4 months, that's gutting. The fact that fit bit made zero effort to reach out, warn users etc is insulting, frankly.
