Hey guys!

So for the longest I've been trying to figure out how to turn off these health and wellness reminders that I know for a fact are draining my battery. And I finally found them but I'm actually very upset because they seemed to have been hiding in plain sight. 😑

So to turn off these annoying notifications (on Android😞

  • Tap your profile picture in the upper left corner
  • Tap on the picture of your Fitbit device (I have an Inspire), once you do that you should the buttons that say Clock FacesApps, How to Use and Accessories
  • Scroll down to the General tab and you should see the sub headings that read Notifications, Reminers to Move and so on; three lines down you should see Health and Wellness Reminders
  • Tap Health and Wellness Reminders and disable all notification categories

There you have it! I did all this on my Android device so these steps may or may not work for you. But if it does, great!

You had me all excited there for a minute, thinking I was finally able to get rid of these annoying useless notifications... except it seems I don't actually have the "Health and Wellness Reminders" option in the place where it should be 😞 (Android app, Fitbit Premium account)

For me on iOS the Health & Wellness settings are under MobileTrack, not Inspire HR.
