How to turn off hand washing reminders

I want to switch off new reminders/notifications that were recommended for the current COVID crisis. I don't want these handwashing and mental health (?) reminders any more, but can't find how to switch them off. Any advice?

Thanks for your post. If you would like to turn those reminders off, please follow the next steps and let me know how it goes:

1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on your profile picture.
2. Tap on your Versa icon > Health & Wellness Reminders.
3. In there you can choose the reminders that you want to receive on your watch.
4. Sync your watch to save the changes.

Fitbit Inspire HR does not have Health & Wellness reminders. How do you stop it for this device?

There isn't this option on the inspire HR. Is there any other way you can suggest apart from resetting factory settings?

Found it!

Go to your account

Click on the Inspire HR line

Under General there is Health and Wellbeing reminders

Click into this and wash your hands is the bottom line.

Do you have an iPhone or Android? The work around above definitely works on android.

This is not showing under Wellness on Versa. I cannot turn off the notifications either.
