So I have noticed that a fair few people had suggested a water reminder for their devices, the help section says that is released but how do I turn it on? I have medical issues that require me to drink 4L of water a day and I'm always busy and forget. I have looked in the app many times and searched the forums to see if anyone else has the reminders. I could not find the setting to set it up. Any help is appreciated.

I have a Samsung galaxy S21.
