I Bought A New Phone and It Can't Find My Fitbit

Got a new phone phone over the weekend.  I transfer everything from the old phone to the new, so the app is up and working but the new phone can't find my fitting to sync it

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn’t still have a connection to the tracker in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone
