I bought my Inspire 2 in 2021 but now it's unresponsive. After charging it shows "100" and flashing dots above that. Does that mean it's charged? I also get a "smile" after that but it's unresponsive to pressing both sides of the device. Can you suggest any more debugging steps?

I'll suggest checking if the device is still connected and syncing to your Fitbit account: Please try to change the clock face of the device.

I have the exact same problem. Just a black screen and nothing else except for the smile face after holding for 8 second reset. I can't see ANYTHING AT ALL & I need to know my heart rate. Why is this happening & seemingly unfixable?!?

Fixed it. Bought a used Inspire 2 on eBay: $25. Like new.
