I can no longer get my heart rate on Inspire 2

Hi, I can no longer get my heart rate or any sleep data to record. As far as I can see everything is synced, and everything is tuned on. My Fitbit is tight enough on my wrist. I’m not the most technical but as far as I can see I’ve done everything I should’ve. Any ideas?

Thank you for sharing the details regarding the situation with your Inspire 2.

Please make sure it is set “On wrist” not “On clip”.  If it is set to On clip the heart rate will not be available.  

To check this, squeeze your Inspire 2 (I.e activate the haptic “buttons”) and that should bring up the settings menu.  Tap and scroll to find On clip/ on wrist and make sure that On wrist is activated.  That should turn heart rate back on.
