So I’ve restarted the Fitbit and deleted/reinstalled the app and it is still not syncing with what the Fitbit shows for my hourly steps. While my Fitbit shows I did my steps each hour, the app shows I didn’t. Why???

Hi @Vicki1416 nice to see you around @Vicki1416. Thanks for jumping in. Sorry for the delay.
I'll be glad to give you a hand with you hourly steps. Please confirm that your Fitbit Inspire HR finish the synchronization by following these steps: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
You did a good job restarting your Inspire HR and reinstalling the Fitbit app, but we need to make sure that your Fitbit is communicating with you phone too.
I'll be around in case that you need anything else.

HI, i've done all that i was told and yet my when i sync my fitbit, it's still not showing all the steps met in an hour on the app. 3 days this week it missed steps. Not sure why not. I sync it all day. Never had this problem before last week.

I am having the same issue. I recently changed my Reminders to Move to reflect 13 hours a day (versus 9 previously) and while my Fitbit Inspire HR correctly shows I've been hitting 250+ steps for each hour, there is inevitably at least one hour "greyed out" on the app. Very frustrating... I've performed all recommended steps that I've been able to find in the forums, etc. -- logging out, restarting, etc. -- to no avail. Please advise.

I am having similar issues . Mine will only sync the steps but nothing else . Keep getting error sync messages or down for maintenance . I have not been able to properly since for almost 2 days ! Tried everything they have suggested still nothing !

I am having similar issues--the tracker itself shows that I have gotten my hourly steps, but the app will show an hour where I didn't get them. I've gone through all of the recommended steps as well, with no success. I don't think it's an issue of syncing, because the total steps match up.

I’ve had my Inspire HR two weeks today, and this is the first time that my Fitbit and phone didn’t display the same steps per hour. My FB shows I did all ten, but the app shows only nine. I hope this doesn’t continue or that the bug is fixed soon.

Grrrr! It happened to me again today! I was trying to sync every time I reached the goal to make sure the app kept up, but I forgot the 4pm sync; and that’s the hour that’s missing. I was wondering if it might have something to do with meeting the goal as the hour was almost up - which shouldn’t make a difference - but I was curious anyway. I’ll try my hourly sync tomorrow and hope for the best. =(
