I can't change the clock on my Inspire HR

I have a Fitbit Inspire HR Version 20001.63.12
Every time I try to change the clock face on my Fitbit the progress circle keeps spinning and nothing happens. Most recently I waited 45 mins for something to happen. I have cleared the data on my Fitbit, I have done a reset on it. I have deleted the app from my phone and re downloaded it. I have turned my Bluetooth off and then turned it back on. I have tried to use the app on my computer. Nothing is working. I am out of ideas, please help me. It seems like a small thing, I know, but I really want to change my clock face. Thank you for your time on this problem.

Hi @Silentarrow1137  you can change from 12 hour to 24 hour display on the Inspire HR, but you can't change the time on it. Time is determined from the device used to sync with. Be sure you have automatic time zone enabled.

I am not trying to change the time on my Fitbit. I am trying to change the clock, specifically, I currently have the "Just Time" clock and would like to change it to the "Stats Heavy" clock.

Hi @Snackgirl   you can set the time zone here - click. You can also check your phone to be sure you have it there, too. You can't change the time as you would on a clock.

Hi @Silentarrow1137  you're talking about clock faces and those are different. Please edit your post as you have your real name and contact information on there.

Hi @helene45  try starting a new post and write out your problem so someone can respond. This thread is a year old and the original poster didn't return to let us know what happened.
