I own a Versa & love it, I use it every day. So when I kept seeing ads for the Inspire HR coming up in my Instagram & Facebook feeds regularly I decided to buy one for my birthday. I could have use the Versa for the gym only & have a smaller, pretty colored watch for when I went out. I checked the specs, made sure it had all the features I wanted & made the purchase. When I set it up it replaced my Versa. I had to set my Versa up again as I use it the most. My Versa had been reset. I was not happy with that & contacted support as I also previously owned a Surge & I was able to use the Surge & the Versa in the app at the same time. Support sent me a link to a help page for the set up & suggested that I set up the Versa first then the Surge & lastly the Inspire HR. When I went to the link it had a banner stating "Note that you can't connect multiple devices that use the Fitbit App Gallery to one account. For Fitbit Charge 3, Fitbit Iconic, Fitbit Inspire Series and Fitbit Versa Series, only connect one of these devices to your account at the same time." My first question is why didn't the support team know this. I had to tell them. There solution was for me to create another account just for My Inspire. No thanks. My second question is why isn't this information clearly presented to the purchaser. I have effectively paid $180 for a digital watch. I am very unhappy.

I had finally decided on my next fitbit watch since my Blaze died, I spoke with customer support and told them my needs. They could view my account and see that I already had a Versa and Flex2 and of course the Blaze that died. I selected Inspire HR, received it and proceeded to download and suddenly my Versa was no longer showing. From my research online people are saying that you can't connect Versa and Inspire HR to the same account like I did with Versa and Blaze. It would have been nice if someone had mentioned that, now I paid for a brand new fitbit watch that is useless!

This was not helpful. I just had the same experience speaking to customer service. Just received my Inspire HR and it removed my Versa from the account. Just bought a brand new watch that is useless.
