I can’t see the face in sunlight or even light shade outside. Can I change this?
also syncing but can only get steps.

Hi, @Chsi , you can adjust the brightness by using the Quick Settings menu. To access the menu press and hold the buttons on either side of the Inspire 2. Make sure that brightness is not set to “dim”. You should also check that sleep mode isn’t accidentally turned on, because in sleep mode the screen will be automatically dimmed.
Sometimes it takes a little while for all data to synch through, and some data (for example sleep) will not be displayed until you have worn your Fitbit for a few days. This is to determine your own benchmarks.

How do you explain all of the people in the board that have completed all the tips you have given and all of the other.. umm Fitbit umm yeah.. have mentioned and still say they can't see the display outside or in strong sunlight?

Sorry, if you follow the instructions below and you as other have reported can not see the display there isn't anything else you can do except to keep your phone with you.. that will not auto sync without hitting the sync now toggle if your phone goes to sleep or you clear the app from the screen.
