I can't stay connected after I have updated all my stuff on my iPhone

I’m having problems with my inspire HR staying connected with my Bluetooth. I have to forget device and reload it numerous times through the day. My battery drain is quicker than what it normally is. I can no longer completely shut my inspire off to reset the device. I have updated all my stuff on my iPhone. This was told to me by a tech last night. Still having the issues. This is been going on for about 4 to 6 weeks.

I confirmed with the Support Team that you have been in contact with they. Since all your efforts didn't solve the issue, you should continue the assistance with they.
