Hej, I got my watch yesterday and I cant get it started. I've followed the instructions on how to connect it with the charger. I have tried to press several times but it doesnt start. I used the charger on my sons watch yesterday whitout any problems. Does anyone here have a suggestion to why I cant get it started?

Hello @Kimkatt
It’s interesting that you can place your Inspire 2 on your sons charger and it works fine but not on your own charger. Have you considered trying your sons Fitbit tracker on your charger? It’s quite possible that your charger is faulty.
You said you just got your Inspire 2 yesterday so I’m assuming the charger is new. It might be a dead charger or are you using an old charger you had?
Look at the pins on the charger closely. Are they bent in any way. Does it need cleaning? https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2005.htm
😉Let me know if your sons Inspire 2 works on your charger. That way we can narrow the issue down

Thank you for the answer. I used my new charger on both our devices.

Maybe I need clarification @Kimkatt
Heres what I understand now (correct me if I’m wrong) but your new charger (the one that just came with your new Inspire 2) works only your sons Fitbit Tracker but not your new Inspire 2. You haven’t been able to get your Inspire 2 to work at all. It’s completely unresponsive. Am I correct??
If that is the case I would certainly contact Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US. I find calling them directly easier. Their number is 877-623-4997
I apologize for not understanding at first and assuming it was your charger that might be faulty. Because your Inspire 2 is brand new and not working at all it would clearly be covered by warranty.
😉 I’m sure Fitbit Customer Service can sort this out for you quickly.

🥺 How awful that’s it’s brand new and won’t work @Kimkatt! Definitely reach out to Fitbit Customer Service. I’m sorry I wasn’t personally able to help you but I hope pointing you in the right direction does indeed give you an answer to your question. Good luck to you and I do truly hope it’s resolved fast.
