I cant get my phone to conect to my inspire fit bit, It says make sure your screen turns on when you tap it. It doesnt, have pressed the button on the side, have also held in for a few seconds. It shows the fitbit set up webpage. Im confused please can anyone help

I took it back, second one connected now I just have a line on the screen grrrr
