How do  I reset my Fitbit to the facotry settings? I cant turn off the stop watch----

Thank you for sharing your inquiry about the Inspire 2. 

If possible, I'd recommend that you try a regular restart procedure as described here, instead of the factory reset. However, if you need to complete this procedure, you can find the instructions in this article. Keep in mind this would remove apps, stored data, personal information, credit and debit cards* (for Fitbit Pay-enabled devices), and saved settings.
