I don't have a smart phone

My fitbit inspire has had totally the wrong time for 3 weeks now and I've only had it for 7 weeks!  Also it got stuck on some track for timing a specific run.  I don't even know how it started to do that and it was a week until it stopped.  All I want is the time and the daily steps.  If I can't do that, I'd like to return it but I got it from this site.  How can I do that?

So you have not set it up correct?

 

The Ionic can only be set up on a mobile device (smart Phone) So thats why it does not work

 

I would contact support to return it. Use the help link at the top of the forum

 

The Inspire can be set up on the computer so that would be a better option for you
