No reports or metrics work

i need help, can you fix my inspire so it reports metrics and heart, breathing, temperature, etc?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Inspire 2. Thank you for the information provided.

 

There are some factors that can affect your heart-rate reading on your Fitbit device. If you haven't done so, please follow these tips to resolve heart-rate tracking issues.

 

To be able to see Breathing Rate and Temperature, your Fitbit device must have registered your sleep stages (light sleep, deep sleep, and REM). If your Fitbit account only shows sleep patterns (time asleep, restless, and awake), please visit this article, open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions.

 

In addition, you can restart your Tracker by following these steps.
