Purchased my InspireHR for Christmas 2019. Not even six months later and it won’t power on. A couple of weeks back I started having an unresponsive screen. Couldn’t scroll or even switch stats. Found the threads for restarting and, after about 15 attempts, it seemed to work itself out. I could access all features again. Two days later it started acting up again. Shrugged it off as it still seemed to track and sync without issue. Now, I am two days without the tracker as it won’t even power on.
Other notes:
When the screen started acting up it would flash on and off randomly. I have screen wake turned off.
The screen would jump like it was trying to scroll without my touching it.
Each time I plugged the device in it read a different battery charge. 73 to 41 then 86 to 37 for example. So I let it stay on the charger until fully charged.
Used with iPhone 6s
Although waterproof, I removed my device for most showers.
It seems that this is a very common issue and I’d like to initiate a replacement but have had difficulty finding where to get that started.
