I have a new Inspire HR that won't sync with computer Fitbit app

I have had an old app on my computer and just upgraded it. I have a new Inspire HR.  I am unable to get the new one to sync.  all my old information is still on the computer app. There is no dongel in the package.

Hi @joanelvie  What operating system is your computer using? The newer trackers will only work with newer Operating systems - windows 10 for windows computers. Dongles are not included with trackers nowdays, though you can still buy them cheaply from the Fitbit Store if you need one.
