I have to re-pair my HR every single time I want to use my dashboard in my phone or iPad. It’s so annoying that I am considering another product. Used to love my Alta.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After trying these steps, monitor your Inspire HR and see if the issue gets fixed.
