I have to reconnect my Inspire HR to my phone every day in order to get it to sync. I first have to remove it as a device, then add it back again. This started happening about two weeks ago. When it was first new it worked great, now it starting to piss me off. Do give me instruction on how to sync it, I know how, it does not sync and tells me failed to sync. You guys need to test your software better, this a bug.

Normally a user setups up the tracker to their Fitbit account and let's the Fitbit app connect the tracker to the phone.

I'm not sure what you mean by remove as a device.

Did you remove it from your phones Bluetooth list, then open the Fitbit app to sync? This often is enough to get a sync to work.

The first thing I would do is check for updates to the phone and Fitbit app.

A restart of the tracker and or phone is often enough.

Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Try these troubleshooting steps if your device is not syncing.

My smart phone doesn't find the device even if it is just inches away. Lost days of tracking steps. Then not reporting correctly for the weekly report. Just as bad or worse than the Zip.
