I haven't received my Hawaii Life Time Badge

Hello, 

 

I am a huge lover of Hawaii and noticed there is a "Life Time" Miles badge and I have not ever received it? Why is that?

Let me help you with your missing Hawaii badge. There is a bug that only shows this badge if you use the km instead of miles. The team is aware of this issue, but may not be able to provide a fix in the immediate future. We'll continue to monitor the situation, and keep our team informed of the impact to you and other customers. We understand that this isn't the resolution you're hoping for, but rest assured we're always working to improve our products.
