I keep getting notifications for the same text on my Inspire 2

I keep getting notifications for the same text.  I have tried clearing it on the Fitbit which didn’t work.  I tried deleting the text on my phone which didn’t work, I am still being notified of the now deleted text.  I like the idea of receiving notifications but it is getting really annoying to be buzzed continually for the same text.

I'm sorry to hear that you're getting the same notification in multiple times, and thank you for letting us know about the troubleshooting steps that you have followed in order to correct it. 

Can you please disconnect Bluetooth and set up your device again? Follow the instructions of help article: 

1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
2. Tap Set Up a Device.
3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
