I woke up one day and my fitbit app on my android phone said 'no devices found'. Also no health data was there - 2 years worth had disappeared overnight. I reconnected my device - still not there everything was starting from scratch. I updated the device - still no data reappeared. Why has this happened and please help me to fix this fitbit - this should not be happening.

Hi, @bewilderment , this usually only happens if you get logged out of your Fitbit account and accidentally log in using a different email address. Could you have an older, or different email address that you might have used for your Fitbit account?

No I already checked this. It's the same email I was getting daily updates from. Still no resolution. I did try to raise a ticket with Fitbit twice but I could not hear anything when they called. Only when listening to voicemail could I hear them. Some kind of glitch in their system. Can someone from fitbit respond please???

Hi, @bewilderment , you may not get a direct response from Fitbit on this thread as it is not always directly monitored by Fitbit Moderators. I would suggest contacting them again on contact.fitbit.com
