Hi @Art3mis95, great to see you in the community.
I think the first thing to check is that your Inspire is running the latest firmware. You can check which version you are on by following the steps here. The latest version should be 1.57.15 or 1.57.19, they are both effectively the same version.
If you are upto date the next thing I'd recommend is logging out of the fitbit app and logging back in again. If the doesn't work uninstall the Fitbit app and then install it again.
It may also be worth giving your Inspire a restart by following the steps here.
