I'm not receiving notifications on my Inspire 2

I can't receive notifications nor phone calls, on my inspire 2... Only revived 1 phone call on watch since first day, which was December 27 2021

To resolve issues with notifications, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.

 

In addition, you can set up your Tracker as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1649987895201.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
