I think my new Inspire 2 went crazy with it's HR readings

An issue that I have been noticing is that when I am teaching online, my device is often awarding me steps and claiming that I am in my fat burn and cardio zones. This morning I taught for 2 hours and I was awarded 122 zone minutes (that is extreme - other times when I got 30 or 45 minutes I just conjectured that maybe I was gesticulating wildly enough that I got my heart rate up). Yet in the evening, when I am trying to get steps in and actually do a workout, I have struggled to get and keep the readings into my critical zones. I'm not really sure why that was happening. I would check my heart rate using my phone and it would be under 60, but my Fitbit would read twice that.

I have just restarted it so I will be back after teaching more today and tomorrow morning to report whether or not that helped. I'm encouraged by seeing a heart rate of 58 right now on my device because that is around what my phone tends to tell me when I am at rest. I think my sleep data from the past week is probably wrong regarding heart rate and stuff. Occasionally when I wasn't moving I could get an individual reading of 60 or 61 but it never registered on the app, and most of the time it was supposedly in the low to mid 70s while I was resting.

Has anyone else had this problem? I kind of wish there was a way for me to erase the zone minutes that I got this morning because there was no way that I spent over an hour in the cardio zone while I was sitting on my butt lol. However I don't want to lose the steps that I've gotten so far today or lose the step data I've accumulated. Ugh.
