I was sleeping. Fitbit HR says I had over 500 steps. I wasn’t even wearing it while sleeping. Help

My Inspire HR recorded 500 steps when I wasn’t wearing it. I had removed my device while I was sleeping. Please help.

Is the Fitbit near a vibration source like a fan, dehumidifier, or even a computer CPU? It can see the vibration as steps and add false steps.

 

You can enter a driving record to get rid of them

Delete Steps
