INSPIRE HR SHOWING WRONG TIME AND WRONG STEP COUNT, EVEN AFTER RESET???

 

Any help would be really appreciated, only had for a month.

Is it letting you sync your fitbit to the app? I am having the same problem and it won't let me sync
