INSPIRE HR keeps disconnecting during bike rides

All other times, there doesn't seem to be a problem.  I receive notifications without issue, even during the ride.... But, the exercise will claim the phone is disconnected for a very long period, having me "teleport" long distances.  It's very disappointing, is there any way to keep it connected so the GPS tracking is reliable?

Samsung note 10+ android 9 is it helps

@tinsoldier1 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your GPS distance detection. Let's try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Sorry for the late response, but the above had no effect.

Please note, this is where the exercise is triggered from the watch.
