For 10 months, I've been exporting my steps from Fitbit to Noom via my Apple ios phone. Within the last week, it no longer works. Signing out of both apps, restarting phone, disconnecting and reconnecting the bluetooth and NADA solves the problem. That's after two weeks of having lots of problems even getting the dang FITBIT to sync. The software is not working and I"m sick of waiting for a fix. I think my only choice is to give up on the FITBIT and finally buy an APPLE watch. C'mon FITBIT, we didn't buy a work in progress, we bought what supposed to be a product that worked!

It's very possible something was changed over at Noom. Fitbit provides a free and open API for 3rd party developers to use with their apps to integrate your Fitbit data with their apps. You would need to ask them as Fitbit has no control over how the API is used or whether they use it at all.

You inspire does not export steps @Letsgonow. as @SunsetRunner explains Noom reaches out to your fitbit account for the step count.
We can suggest revoking Nooms permission then setting the link back up. If this fails then you will have to reach out to them.
To revoke.
Fitbit app - Account - Security log in - App permission
