I had a heart attack 3 weeks ago, and my doctors are still adjusting my medications so it’s important that I be able to track my heart rate. My Inspire HR frequently shows my heart rate at twice it’s actual rate! I even took it off and it continued to show a heart rate of 129 for over 5 minutes while just lying on the dresser. It’s only 6 months old so it’s still under warranty but I’m wondering if this is a firmware issue?

@_enjoytheview_ A warm welcome to our Community!
Let me help you with your heart rate reading on your Inspire HR. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
Let me know how it goes.
