Inconsistent reminders to move and alarms on Inspire HR

I have 2 uses with notifications being inconsistent.

1 - The reminder to move feature on my Inspire HR is extremely inconsistent. I do not consistently get reminders to move when I have not met my hourly step goal.

2 - the silent alarm I have set does not consistently alarm. I have it set for weekdays & this week it’s only gone off 2/5 days. 

I have found that either restarting my device or reinstalling the app (on iPhone) works occasionally to fix these issues, although I am extremely disappointed & annoyed to have to attempt these on a repeated basis.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not showing alarms or reminders to move consistently and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. The app shouldn't interfere once you have saved the settings on the tracker so you don't need to uninstall it. I suggest your remove all alarms and reminders to move, save and sync then add them again, save and sync.

I am having the same issue and my Fitbit is brand new. I have never updated anything on it - just started wearing it yesterday. But sometimes I get the reminder and sometimes I don’t. If it’s this inconsistent this early on then this surely must count as a product fault.
